What Data We Collect

We collect no personal data to use our tools. No account registration is required.

When you upload a file, it is processed in an isolated environment and permanently deleted within 60 minutes. We do not log file contents, filenames, or output data.

If you contact us by email, we retain your email address solely to respond to your inquiry.

Cookies and Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics to collect anonymised page view data. No cookies are set for tracking or advertising purposes. No third-party advertising cookies are used on this site.

Payment Data

Payment processing is handled by Paddle.com (Paddle Payments Ltd). PRODMILL does not store or process payment card data directly. Paddle's privacy policy applies to all payment transactions.

Your Rights Under GDPR

You have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact info@prodmill.com.

As our infrastructure is EU-hosted, all data processing complies with GDPR (EU) 2016/679.

Data Retention

• Uploaded files: deleted within 60 minutes of upload.
• Email correspondence: retained for up to 12 months.
• Analytics data: anonymised, retained by Vercel per their policy.
