Acceptance

By using PRODMILL, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service Description

PRODMILL provides online file conversion tools. The free tier allows 3 conversions per day up to 5MB per file. Paid tiers (Pro, Business) provide additional capacity as described on the Pricing page.

Acceptable Use

You may not use PRODMILL to process files containing:

• Malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Content that violates applicable law
• Third-party copyrighted material without authorisation

File Processing

Files are processed automatically. PRODMILL does not review file contents. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to process and convert any file you upload.

Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced where possible.

Limitation of Liability

PRODMILL is provided "as is". We are not liable for data loss, conversion errors, or any consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by German law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Göttingen, Germany.
